9. The Nautical Shipwreck Glass Preserve
Instead of building a structure entirely from scratch, the Nautical Shipwreck Glass Preserve transforms a naturally generated shipwreck into a breathtaking, fully enclosed underwater teahouse. By framing a glass structure around the decaying wooden hull, you preserve the historical story of the wreck while introducing modern, cozy amenities. Dark oak and spruce planks from the original ship serve as structural beams, while glass fills the gaps where time rotted the ship’s outer skin away.
The captain’s quarters are converted into the primary tea preparation suite, featuring brewing stands, cauldrons, and chest storage filled with dried herbs and sweet berries. Lanterns hang from rusted iron chains tied to the ship’s original masts, swaying gently as the water currents shift outside. Guests can sit in the main cargo hold-turned-dining area, surrounded by historic nautical loot, historical maps, and framed nautical charts while looking out into the open sea.
