3. The Silverwood Waterfall Citadel

3

Positioned where a rushing mountain river plunges over a mossy cliff into a dense forest biome, the Silverwood Waterfall Citadel merges the elements of water and wood into a breathtaking defensive post. The tower’s base is carved directly from wet mossy cobblestone and deepslate, anchoring it against the roaring currents, while the upper levels blossom into ethereal silver-toned wood and polished diorite balconies. Water is diverted through carved stone channels that run through the interior of the tower, powering hidden redstone water-elevators and cascading down the outer facade in glittering curtains that obscure the lower entrances from hostile eyes. Archers standing behind these liquid shields can shoot outward with impunity, while the mist created by the falls keeps the surrounding flora perpetually vibrant, causing glow berries and spore blossoms to light the watchtower in a surreal, dreamlike ambient radiance.
